With a railroad and farming history, this small town has a lot to offer both those that call it their home and visitors to the area. Located 35 miles south of Lake Erie and between 80-90 miles from the large metropolitan areas of Cleveland, Columbus, and Toledo, there is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity.

The town was founded in 1874, but was originally named "Chicago Junction," and it wasn’t until 1917 that the name was changed in honor of Daniel Willard, the President of the B&O railroad. One of the best ways to see what the town has to offer is to rent an RV in Huron County.
