Throughout the year the town is host to a large number of events. One of the biggest celebrations is Christmas when the Ardmore Festival of Lights comes to town. The festival comprises of a 1.5 miles drive through literally thousands of twinkling lights and is one of the largest holiday light displays in southern Oklahoma.
