About 15 miles northwest of Bellingham lies Custer, a small town only minutes away from the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Custer is very small compared to most towns in the state, but its proximity to the Canadian border and the ocean make it a nice stop on a long road trip. There's actually quite a bit of fun packed in this small town, so book an RV in Custer and set out for a trip packed with good, relaxing times.

The town of Custer was once at a different nearby location, but due to the convenient placing of a railroad, it relocated to gain easier access to the tracks. This city got its name from the first postman of the area, who was named Albert W. Custer. Interestingly enough, regardless of its mega-convenient railroad location and closeness to Canada and the ocean, Custer has remained a quiet and peaceful little town.
