This unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 on a queen bed and two single bunks. The dinette can also fold into a small sleeping space for a young child. Other indoor conveniences include a mid-sized fridge/freezer, two burners, microwave, and plenty of storage space for belongings. Outdoors you can enjoy your days and evenings under the power LED-lit awning with indoor/outdoor speakers.Pets are always welcome for a one time non-refundable fee. This unit is SUV & 1/2 ton towable or delivery options are available.What's includedThe unit comes stocked with cookware, cooking and grilling utensils, coffee pot, coffee, coffee filters, coffee mugs, hand soap and cleaning supplies, RV approved toilet paper, trash bags, cards and games. An outdoor rug and two camp chairs are also provided for use.Other things to noteIn order to provide the most sanitary experience, bath towels, linens, and pillows are NOT provided at this time. Please plan on providing your own.Delivery fees range depending on location. Delivery locations 30 miles or less are a flat rate $150 delivery fee. Locations more than 30 miles away with 75 miles being the maximum distance will have an added $100 to the delivery fee.Pets are welcome with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $50. We ask that pets are not on furniture and beds and that you properly clean up after your pets.Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit or the additional $50 cleaning fee will automatically be applied.This is our family unit so please use it, enjoy it, and respect it as so. We are a family of four (plus one spoiled dog) who loves camping, fishing, and all things outdoors. We have owned several campers over the years but the past few years we decided to try renting cabins instead. That was fun and all but we decided we loved camper camping too much so here we are again!! We will be camping as often as we can but when we aren't we want others to be able to enjoy camping as well!
