This RV is in new condition. I can deliver and set it up at Lake Mayo or Lake Hyco RV parks, only less than 10 miles from my residence. What's includedCan provide fresh linens, needed refreshments, food, adult beverages, propane and periodic dumping of the grey and black water tanks. Also can supply fold up lawn chairs with enough notice. RecommendationsCall me at (610) 517-0057 for other information needed. Other things to noteWill require a security deposit and rental agreement. RV is in great condition, has a flat screen TV. Cookware, dishes, utensils included for your use. Lake Mayo and Lake Hyco have great RV parks by the lakes in wooded surroundings. Lake Mayo has an outstanding disc golf course in the woods, nature environment. Both lakes are great game fishing waters and have boat ramps.No smoking

- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It will be hooked up to the RV Park fresh water, electrical and self contained 40 gallon each grey and black water tanks.
