William was right on time with delivery of the RV. The RV is beautifully furnished, even with games, outdoor chairs, and an outdoor cook-stove. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook whatever we wanted to. The linens were new and fresh. The camper (which is practically new) was spotless. William was very accessible, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting from William and Nicole.
