Berwyn is a village located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. It is part of Easttown Township, which, in the early 1900s, was a farming district that included country estates belonging to wealthy Philadelphians. Many famous events took place around this historically and culturally significant region, including the American Revolution and the installation of the first paved highway in America.

In the past, the Berwyn was called Cocheltown, Reeseville, Glassley, and Gaysville. During the celebration of its centennial in 1877, the village was given its present name when a local Welsh settler suggested it be named after the Berwyn Hills in Wales. Book an RV in Berwyn, and you’ll experience small-town charm in rural countryside with the vibrant city of Philadelphia a close 30 minutes drive away.
