There exists some minor cosmetic wear and tear here and there but nothing that takes away from it's functionality, beauty and comfort. We maintain the RV on a regular basis, making sure it's in good working order, safe and clean.Features; Full kitchen, dinette (changes to a bed that can sleep two), big man chair, couch (can sleep one adult or two children), spacious bathroom, and bedroom with queen bed that sleeps two, heating, air conditioning, and large underneath storage for luggage. RV is self-contained, powered by gas and electric. Additional amenities available upon request include Wifi, TV, and phone.The RV comes fully stocked with wash clothes, towels, beach towels, and linen.
