This 2021 Dutchman Coleman Lantern 17B is ready to make your memories a reality. Upgraded Queen memory foam mattress and two full length twin bunks gives you plenty of no hassle sleep area and an additional dinette conversion bed gives you room for 2 to 3 little ones depending on size. Comes with A/C, Fireplace, two burner stove, microwave, TV/DVD player (with five family friendly movies at no charge) and a Radio. Bathroom has stand-up shower and toilet. Outside you will have an awning to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while sitting in the shade. We specialize in "No touch/No hassle" camping within 100 miles of pickup point. This means Trailer will be driven to your booked site, completely setup for you and when your memories are complete all you have to do is take your belongings and leave the Trailer as clean as it was when delivered for an additional charge. Now that's No Hassle Glamping! What's includedPlease let me know if you would like anything specific as we will try our best to accommodate any special requests. We will provide RV specific toilet paper, full picnic service for four I.e. plates, cups, silverware, pot/pan, basic cooking utensils and full coffee service for two. All you need to do is bring your coffee of choice. In addition, sheets will be provided for each of the beds and two camping chairs will be provided. RecommendationsNot all inclusive but a good start for your Must bring list will include; your favorite pillows, blankets, bath towels and personal necessities.Other things to noteWe are super proud of the trailer we will be entrusting to you and sincerely ask that you take care of it as you would your own. Please adhere to the following rules.
1. No smoking in unit. 250.00 fee
2. Unit must be returned in same cleanliness as received. 250.00 fee
3. One dog only for additional fee, must be house broken and caged at night or when leaving alone. Damage fee depending on extent.
4. RV septics are very easy to clog because of this the only thing that can be flushed beside body waste is special RV specific toilet paper. (Provided).
We are located close to Rough River Lake and surrounding areas. Additionally we will consider dry camping up to three days on our property for additional 25.00 dollars a day.
