This is the perfect family bunkhouse that will sleep up to 9. It's loaded with storage including the multiple exterior compartments, cabinets, huge pantry, seamless counter tops, wardrobes and more! This bunkhouse floor plan features rear double bed bunks, a rear bathroom with entry door, super slide out, spacious "U" dinette, front queen bed, bedroom cabinets & sliding privacy doors, AM/FM/CD/DVD/Bluetooth stereo, exterior marine grade speakers, Rigid exterior scare light, power tongue jack, mini outside kitchen, 4 stabilizer jacks, tire pressure monitors, folding rear cargo rack, 13,500 BTU AC - We may deliver to local destinations for a fee and may travel to deliver for a substantial delivery, set up & pick up fee. We do most our walk thru/pick ups in the evening after 5:30 during the week (sometimes we can do an early morning around 7:30 am pick up) pick up times and walk thru on the weekends allows for longer hours. We are not available all nights so we sometimes allow for pick up a day before or walk thru ahead of time.WE Provide A Welcome Package Which Includes Starter Pack OF: Toilet Paper, 1 Roll Paper Towel, 2 Tooth Brushes, Toothpaste, Dish Soap, Sponge, Coffee & Filter, Soap, Body Lotion, Mouth Wash, Toilet Tank Treatment, Garbage BAG, Extra Fuses, Batteries (FOR Items IN Trailer That MAY GO Dead).We can provide the following (pricing listed on add ons) Generator, Towels, Bedding, Folding Chairs, Small Grill, Propane, Sewer Dump on Return, Exterior or Interior Cleaning, or other items upon request.Included in rental is flat panel tv with dvd player, pots/pans, utensils, sink drain board, coffee pot, & toaster.

Please have a sun pass ready at pick up (for people that do not show Sunpass at pick up deposits will be held until tollbyplate can show no toll violations (this can be up to 30 days from last day of your rental).Our trailers are newer trailers and most under warranty, however in our area even if a warranty item fails or gets broken (example: fridge, air conditioner, water heater, key lock, generator, etc.) the local rv repair technicians/rv dealers/ repair shops/parts departments usually take at least a couple of days to get parts ordered or to get an rv into shop for repairs. (In the few surrounding counties to our location there are only a few rv dealers and rv repair mobile techs (whom do not always answer their phone).IT IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE LOADING A MOTORCYCLE TO USE A PORTABLE WHEEL CHOCK - ALSO PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED PAPER ON PROPER TIE DOWN INSTRUCTIONS - YOU MAY NEED TO USE A 2X4 PIECE OF WOOD UNDER BACK TIRE TO CLEAR BACK DOOR & NOT HIT
(DEPENDING ON HOW LOW YOUR BIKE IS). Use protective padding for the floors/walls & also
make sure it is not too low to clear the ramp. It is your responsibility to know how to properly strap down any toy and to no over tighten – straps must have some give as the tie downs can only handle 2500 lbs of pressure. Loading Capacity is 1800 lbsMost of our trailers are 30 amp – if you are going to 50 amp you will need an extra cord to convert and you will need to let us know in advance as most sites are 30 amp. We provide power cords & may have adapters. We also provide a surge protector and supply polarity voltage check a/c line meter for 30 amp service which must be used before powering the trailer with any kind of power. Bad power can result in major damage to slide out motors, awning motors, microwaves, air conditioners etc. (renter will be responsible for repairs and this is not covered under insurance). If you have bad power you should notify camp ground to move you or have them figure out how to correct the power. If it is a generator you may need to swap to a different generator. Also no cords or adapters should be submerged in water. Lift off the ground if heavy rain as this will fry power cord.Class 4 or 5 Hitch is needed with weight capacity of at least 8000 lbs for all our trailers except for the Raptor which needs to be able to have a weight capacity of 9,000 - 13,000 lbs depending on what you are loading in it. Owners may lend hitch to renters at renters own liability. Renter is responsible for making sure their vehicle can tow trailer weight & they are not overloading the weight. Max load weight is 1800 lbs except Raptor which is 3,300lbs.
