2016 Forest River Flagstaff V-Lite
Hi all, I am Katie Clements! We are new to RVShare and I am just getting our listing set up, bear with me as I get this complete. Our camper is ready to go, however in the mean time if you have any questions please feel free to message me until I have all the information posted. We are located only a few miles from the Virginia Horse Center and would love to host you for some of the remaining shows this year. We do have some dates still available, please feel free to message me for questions or quotes. Our camper is equipped for year round use with dual a/c units for those hot months and central propane heat and electric fire place in the living room for extra comfort during those colder months.We have opted to have inclusive delivery and prep fees and not break them down individually. We have done this for transparency and to set expectations for both us and our renters. Our delivery fee includes delivery(of course), set up/break down and dumping. Our prep fee(required on all bookings) includes deep cleaning/sanitizing and restocking of supplies. We ask that prior to pick up to please have all trash in provided trash cans, wipe off kitchen counters and place towels in the shower. We will take care of the rest! We welcome you to use any items in the camper and are happy to accommodate specific requests when/if possible.Looking for a great place to get away with family and friends? Our camper is equipped with 2 slides in the main living area to give you plenty of space and one slide in the master bedroom. The separate master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, extra mattress pad, premium bedding, storage drawers and cabinets, a large closet and Roku TV. Bluetooth radio with speakers inside and outside, full bathroom with a spacious shower and storage, outdoor shower, electric fireplace, furnace water heater, propane heat, A/C, TV, comfortable sofa and two recliners.What's includedAmenities: 2 TVs each with a Roku and access to some streaming services, gas heat, 15k BTU Ducted A/C, 2nd A/C-13,500 BTU in bedroom, 3 burner gas stove, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, 2 electric awnings, electric stabilizers, electric jack, 43 gallon fresh water tank, 90 gallon gray water tank, 45 gallon black water tank.Outdoor items: 4 camping chairs, 2 outdoor rugs, 1 outdoor table, movie projector and screen.Linens: 6 bath towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 dish towels, spongesBedding: Sheets, comforters, pillows and mattress pads are provided for the master bedroom(queen) and pull out sofa(full).Kitchen: pots and pans with lids, plastic utensils, paper plates, plastic cups, throwaway coffee cups, can opener, spatula, ladle, tongs, oven mitts, fire extinguisher, first-aid kitHookups: 25ft 50amp power cord, 25ft water hose, 15ft drain hose with elbow and adapterPropane: two 20lb propane tanks, propane will be full when deliveredOther things to noteCleaning: Camper will be deep cleaned and sanitized before drop off. Hey there, I am Katie Clements! My husband, David, and I, along with our three amazing children are from Lexington, VA. We have been camping for about eight years now and we do all types of camping. Wether its weekend trips to Misty Mountain or Shenandoah Valley, two week trips to Myrtle Beach, or month long stays at our local campground at Glen Maury Park, we love them all! We have an amazing camping family we travel with and are so lucky for all of our adventures!

Katie was amazing. Super helpful in answering our questions, as we were first time RV-ers. The camper was beautiful and so comfortable. It had everything we could have ever needed or asked for. We had a few special requests and they accommodated them all. Highly recommend both Katie and her RV. Thank you for an amazing trip!

If I could rate 10 starts I would! Everything was perfect and Katie was amazing! Easy to communicate with and willing to be there if needed was a plus. The beds are SO comfy!! Spotless!! Smelled amazing!! Well stocked with anything you would need! Just PERFECT!!
