Thank you for showing interest in my family's RV for your travels.
If you don't have a way to tow the Keystone Cougar, delivery is available within the State of South Carolina or up to 150 miles from my location at a reasonable price. This includes delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup to keep your vacation stress free. Please keep in mine I will be driving the distance 4 times.
Within the Keystone Cougar I have upgraded many parts both inside and out for a more enjoyable and safe camping experience. I am running a 30 AMP inverter with an inline surge protector. I have 4 tanks in the RV with a 60 Gallon fresh water tank. I also have a safe water drinking hose that you can connect to a water outlet with a water filter. Being a 5th wheel camper, It is much easier to pull and maneuver around tight areas and have been on many adventures from Florida to South Carolina where we live.
All items listed below will be included on all reservations.Outside entertainment:
I have a foldable kitchenette where you can prepare your meals outdoor to enjoy what nature has to give you. In the same basement storage has a table, chairs, charcoal grill w/ charcoal, fire starter liquid, and a lighter to get things going for you. In the front basement I have also included an outdoor rug with 5 foldable chairs to lounge around the fire. I have replaced the awning and installed led lighting under the awning with a remote control. All exterior and interior lighting is powered by 2 12V batteries in the front compartment. I have a heated outdoor shower on the other side of the RV to rinse off after enjoying your hiking trip or a day out on the water. This RV has 2 propane tanks in the front with an auto switcher to provide propane to your gas/electric water heater, stove, and refrigerator/freezer. The 2 tanks will easily take care of a family of 5 easily for 7 days. There are cup holders located inside and outside to keep your favorite beverage safe from being knocked over.
Inside entertainment:
There is plenty of space to move around with enough seating where you won't be cramped and plenty of storage for all of your gear. I have a flat screen tv with a powered aerial antenna and dish satellite network with auto find for easy setup. There is a stereo mounted below the tv with speakers through out the RV. There is also 110V AC outlets under the dining room table, along the walls, and all bedrooms to plugin your chargers and appliances.
Preparing your feast:
There is plenty of storage around the kitchen for your preparations. I have also purchased brand new pots and pans to prepare your food. In the drawers contain all of your plastic ware and cooking utensils. I also have plenty of storage for the well known delicious left overs. The stove is a magic chef 3 burner stove with an oven. Under the microwave contains a vented hood and a huge refrigerator/freezer to store your drinks and food. The refrigerator is an automatic gas/electric system so if you are planning on camping off grid, you can still keep everything nice and cool.
Sleep in comfort:
Our Keystone Cougar can sleep 6 comfortably and 8 snugged. This RV is a bunk house setup so I have 2 beds in the back with a ladder, the table and couch folds out as beds, and a master bedroom in the front up the stairs. I will be providing the sheets, comforters, pillows w/ cases, and extra blankets to keep you warm for the fall and winter months. Under the master bed contains a huge storage area with cabinets above and on the side of the bed. There is an extra privacy curtain and a slide out door. Both the Bunk area and master bedroom has closets for the clothes you would like to hang up and keep them wrinkle free. In the bunk and master bedroom contains cable outlets and electrical outlets incase you want to bring additional TVs. There is storage under the kitchen table and in front of the bottom bunk. I upgraded the Air-condition system to be fully automatic to keep the inside temperature comfortable to your liking. Please understand that even though the Air-conditioner is electric, the furnace is propane.
Getting Ready:
Our Keystone Cougar has a shower, chemical toilet, and a sink in the master bedroom area. I replaced the original shower head with a water saving detachable shower system to improve water pressure. Since the toilet is a chemical toilet, it uses quick dissolving toilet tissue to keep everything running smooth. You can flush the toilet with a pedal connected to the base of the toilet itself. I replaced the original toilet with a higher toilet easy to get up from for all ages. I've also included a coffee maker and filters to help you wake up. All you need is to bring your favorite flavor coffee.
Storage and Stability:
Being a Keystone Cougar, This RV is designed to travel off grid or campgrounds. The suspension is an easy ride with a break controller for safety and a backup camera which I installed myself. All running lights and interior lights have been changed to led for battery conservation. I have 2 leveling jacks in the front and 2 scissor jacks for stability in the back. In the slide-out storage area contains a tripod for added stability. I also have a step ladder in the same compartment to assist in satellite hookup. There are 4 basement hatches with plenty of storage space and one basement access hatch up the stairs for your soiled laundry.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask and I will be more then happy to help you out.Thank you from our family to yours
Michael Carden

Meet your host, Michael

I am the type of guy who you can depend on if you need anything. I purchased this RV for my son to enjoy our favorite camping sites. We generally stay with the state of South Carolina from the East side to the West side. I have taken much time upgrading the RV since this is a home away from home. When you rent from me, I do my best to make sure your comfort is the same as ours and if there are any problems, you can always depend on me.   We have come quite attached to our Keystone the only thing I ask is for your to enjoy your time. Thank you for taking the time and your interest and I certainly wish you a wonderful and enjoyable time in nature.
