This is a brand new 2024 coachman clipper 26BH. We have not camped in this camper yet, but are expecting to have a great times.This camper is a large camper for its weight being nearly 30 feet it is only 4683 pounds dry it has a Gvwr of 7450 and is quarter ton truck towable. Per state law you must have a brake controller.The Queen mattress has been upgraded to a memory foam mattress. It is much more comfortable than a typical RV mattress.Security deposit: $1000

Cleaning fee: $200 (If returned uncleaned)
Dumping fee: $75 (If not done before returning)What's includedCamper comes with a 25 foot sewer hose and 225 foot water hoses. Leveling blocks.We provide toilet paper and black tank treatment.The kitchen has plates, bowls, cups and silverware for eight. There’s also small mixing bowl, pot, and pan kitchen utensils.Upon request: linens.
