2017 Forest River Mini-Lite
Our Mini-Lite travel trailer is the perfect home away from home. Boasts all the amenities of home, but in a smaller package. The trailer is just over 25' from bumper to hitch. Double axles help make it easier to haul and provides stability. This trailer sleeps 8, with two full size bunks, a slide-out u-shaped dinette that converts to a large bed, and a surprisingly comfortable queen size murphy bed that pulls down over the couch. The bathroom is well proportioned with a sink, toilet, and small bathtub/shower combo. Along with a larger fridge, and stove/oven, some of the other amenities include a microwave, large kitchen sink, large wall mount TV on a swivel, DVD/Radio/Bluetooth player, and a/c. We will provide some of the basics to help make things easier for you. This will include a plates/cups/utensils and some pots and pans, some cooking utensils, roll of paper towels and RV approved toilet paper, some garbage bags, and a couple other useful camping supplies. We will also provide a couple basic camping chairs to make lounging around the fire that much more enjoyable. So grab your gear, find that campsite, and sit back and relax.We require that your tow vehicle be rated to tow the gross weight of the trailer. The designated driver must be at least 25 and approved through outdoorsy driver verification within 24 hours after we accept your booking request. The tow vehicle must also have a standard 7-prong round plug in with working electronic trailer brake controller. We will provide a hitch and a load distribution anti-sway bar that is currently set up for a Ford F150. If you don't have a vehicle capable of towing, or you would just rather not deal with the hassle of hook-up/towing/set-up, for a fee we can bring it to your campsite and set up for you (refer to add-on section for pricing).Now to some of the nitty-gritty stuff. Our trailer has only been used a handful of times, and we take pride in keeping it clean and maintained. So our expectations for those renting our Mini-Lite will be the same. Please ensure that when returning the trailer it is in the condition of how you picked it up, if we have to do more that the usual light cleaning/sanitizing you will be charged a larger cleaning fee. Use of the outdoor kitchen is prohibited. Use of the outdoor kitchen will result in a larger cleaning fee. Use of the awning is also prohibited, there will be zip ties and if they are cut/clearly tampered with it will result in a $250 fee. A pop-up canopy will be available through the add-on section if needed. We do have dogs of our own, but we will not be allowing pets, sorry but the liability is too much at this point. There is Zero Tolerance for smoking in and directly around the trailer, doing so will result in forfeit of part if not all of your security deposit. There will be an inventory list of everything in the trailer, anything missing or broken will result in a fee. Please be aware that you assume all liability for damage while renting.Please be aware that the pick-up/drop-off time is assumed to be 6-8 pm. Unless prior approval has been given/agreed upon to adjust the pick-up/drop-off time. An extra day will be charged if not returned by this time.Thank you for checking out our Mini-Lite to rent.
