Like new 2021 Dutchmen Colorado bunk house. Master bedroom with access doors on each side of the full size queen bed. Bunk beds with two twin beds, dinette fold out bed and a fold out couch. Refrigerator/freezer with cook top and microwave inside. Reclining couch that can turn into a fold out bed. Smart tv to enjoy too. Bathroom has a shower tub combo perfect for the little ones. Lots of storage in cabinets and under beds. Radio/cd with surround speakers inside and out. Air conditioning and heat along with an electric fireplace. All this is run on a 30 amp service. Drop off and pickup available. I charge $3.00 a mile to drop off and $3.00 a mile to pick up with 25 free miles each way. This fee won’t come out until the camper is returned. The delivery fee and mileage fee are two separate fees. What's includedSheets, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, towels, coffee machine, etc. RecommendationsCall and make sure you reserved spot big enough for 30’ trailer.Comes with two 30 pound propane tanks used for cooking, water heater, and heat.$100 dumping fee for black water if used.$3. 00 a mile for drop off and pick up with 25 free miles for drop off and 25 free miles for pick up. You will be charged both ways for mileage. This will not be charged to your account until camper is returned. Other things to noteNo smoking allowed (includes vaping and marijuana). If suspected, security deposit will be used for cleaning.No animals please.No drugs.Anything damaged to trailer will be removed from security deposit.You MUST return with an empty black and gray water tank. If not emptied, a charge of $100 will be assessed.
