Who is ready to camp!!This is a spacious 40ft 5th wheel toy hauler. We will come and set up within our 45 mile radius. When booking your site, make sure to mention that this is a 40ft camper with one slide out on the driver side.
We have it fully stocked with anything you'll need during your trip-Dinnerware set with silverware, pots + Pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and cups.
This unit has 2 bedrooms (or the back can be used for storing your atv/bikes. It has a spacious kitchen /main area in which you can enjoy sitting in front of the electric fire place. The couch will pull out into a small bed and the dinette can be turned into a bed. The back part of the unit is separate from the main area so if you are storing your bikes/atv you won't smell the fumes. It has two couches that can be converted to a queen bed and a bunk queen bed. It has a Smart tv and a separate AC unit. The back can also be transformed into a patio. This camper has a ton of storage and is prefect for your camping trip. What's included• All linens and bedding are provided (sheets, pillows, blankets)
• Kitchen: plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pans, baking sheets, silverware, and coffee maker, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponge, trash bags
• Outdoor: skewers for marshmallows, recliner chairs (2- 1 big man and 1 regular size) and 2 bag chairs, Outdoor rug, portable pellet grill (upon request), 2 kayaks (upon request)
• 2 TV with streaming stick (the main living room can be taken outside and hooked)
• bathroom-towels, toilet paper, first aid kit, hand soupRecommendationsI would recommend bringing a cooler for all o your drinks. Our fridge is an apartment size fridge and will only run when it is hooked up. It does not run on battery.
Awnings are great but will be used at renters' risk. We have replaced two awnings already on our own camping experience. When it is windy or is raining heavily do not use. I would highly suggest not leaving the awning out overnight or when leaving the camper unattended. Replacing the awning will be at your own expense. Other things to noteNo SMOKING! There will be a $250 charge for smoking in this unit. DO NOT flush anything other than RV approved toilet paper. There will be a $200 fee for clogging the pipes. Feminine products must be disposed of in the trash can. Wipes (even flushable wipes) must be disposed of in the trash can.

We first started camping with a tent many years ago and now have this big 5th Wheel camper that we would love to share with others. We originally bought this toy-hauler for all of the races we were attending for my son who was racing dirt-bikes at the time. Now that we have moved and his interest has changed, we don't see us camping as much until his love for sports ends. (Which probably won't end till after high school :-) ) We love the outdoors and I hope you love it as much as we do!
