2014 Coachmen Encounter
Beautiful Class A motorhome with 3 slide outs, bunkhouse, full refrigerator, microwave/convention, and fireplace! The Encounter 36BH class A gas coach features a set of bunks, a king size walk around bed, and plenty of space for all to move around.In the living area both the couch and dinette fold out to become beds. There are overhead storage cabinets above the sofa for your things. There is also a computer hutch for those that need a place to keep up with e-mail or other business while you travel.In the kitchen, there is a double sink, a three burner range with overhead microwave/convection oven and full size refrigerator with ice maker. the kitchen is equipped with dishes, bowls, cups, cooking & eating utensils, pots & pans, a single cup Keurig coffee machine, broom, & some basic cleaning supplies. The bathroom has toilet paper.In the interior living area wall there is a 39" LCD TV with fireplace for you to enjoy when you are not out enjoying your latest location.Heading toward the rear of the coach find a slide out set of bunks for the kids on the left with LCD TV's with DVD player in each bunk. The slide out also continues into the rear bedroom and includes the bedroom wardrobe and drawers, plus a 32" LCD TV with DVD player.Across from the bunks find a complete bath including a corner shower, toilet, linen cabinet, vanity with sink and overhead storage.The rear bedroom offers another slide out that features a king size bed with overhead storage and nightstands.The coach also has a ton of storage space underneath and power slide out awning.

We require a $1,500 damage deposit . Please empty the gray and black tanks prior to returning the motorhome. If the tanks are not emptied there will be a $50 charge. You are responsible for cleaning the interior of the motorhome. If the motorhome is returned with a dirty interior there will be a $200 charge. RV will be given to renter with a full tank of gas. Please return with full tank or the security deposit will be charged the amount it cost to fill the tank plus a $50 fee. The RV kitchen is equipped with dishes, bowls, cups, cooking & eating utensils, pots & pans, a single cup Keurig coffee machine, broom, & some basic cleaning supplies, all included at no extra cost. The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper. We do NOT allow smoking. Smoking in the motorhome will forfeit the full security deposit. Please return the motorhome clean and unharmed so our family can continue to enjoy it too! Thank you.
