I will help or do the setup for you. Please ask questions. I'm a open book. I will answer any questions comment or concerns. About 98 ft Lights for the awning comes with it and a few extension cords. On June 25 and June 26 of 2022 I just went through it and wiped it down. There a couple ground mates comes with it. Plus I have about 30 ft of septic hose. And about 40ft of 50 amp cord. It's a 50amp camper but I do have a adapter that will let you hook it up to a 30amp camp site.What's includedAwning lights extra cord
