Butte City lies on the eastern banks of the Sacramento River, giving it some exciting views of the water from the highway. The closest noteworthy community to Butte City is the town of Willows, located several miles to the west and serving as the seat of Glenn County. Both Chico and Yuba City are the closest cities to town. Butte City is hardly an exciting place to stay in throughout the entirety of your trip, but when you book an RV in Butte City, you’ll have an easy time getting out and exploring the vast wilderness areas of California in all their glory.
