On your check out date our tow service will come and close up and remove RV from the campground and return it to storage.

*Full Hookup Only*2022 Jayco Jay Flight 32 Bhds is brand new off the lot in mid May of 2023. OBX Bender sleeps 8 comfortably. 10 person Max. There is a Queen sized bed in the Master. 2 top bunks and a couch/pullout California King short size sleeper on the bottom in the Bunk House. Kitchen table folds down into a full sleeper and the living space couch also folds out to an additional full sleep area. (Table/Couch will only fit 1 adult comfortably or 2 children).

Bed Mattresses and Pillows have Waterproof, Bed Bug Proof and Allergen Proof covers on them. Only 6 pillows are provided. Please bring all bedding and pillows for the dinette and living room couch pullout if you intend on using them. Thank you.Outdoor FeaturesBender is equipped with a outdoor kitchen. It has a decent size fridge and sink to entertain and enhance your experience under the 18' LED lit awning. (Please close the Awning if you are not there or in sight of RV, Please keep closed on windy days). These break easily. Please use with care and caution. The Outer Banks is well known for its extreme wind conditions). You are liable for Awning. From Coffee till Cocktails all you need is right there.
There is a gas Grill and 1 full tank included with your rental.

A Gas fire pit for cozy nights under the stars. Outdoor games include regulation size Corn Hole game, Washers, Bocce ball and Horseshoes.There are some beach supplies included for your convenience as well.
These include:
4 beach chairs and a child beach chair with canopy, 2 oversized beach bags, 1 beach blanket, a large umbrella, beach wagon, 2 tables, a cooler with 4 Oversized ice packs and 6 smaller sized ice packs and smaller cooler, water jug, and some beach toys. I included some shelling gear for my fellow shellers. (metal scoop and small net and shell bag with zipper spot for minis).
There is a beach regulation fire pit for the beach. It's just the walls. There is no base and it lies flat in the outdoor storage space. Please go online and be sure to have the proper permit for having a fire on the beach. Please follow all rules for your benefit. Park Rangers are there.
There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach or a nice ride on the water.Indoor Features and AmenitiesFully equipped kitchen with all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans you could possibly need for cooking, baking or grilling on your camping adventure. Serve ware and containers also included. There is a K-Cup/Coffee grind coffee maker and a electric Kettle for tea. Electric skillet for extra cook space. There is a Ninja blender to make smoothies or cocktails. A electric countertop ice maker. Koozies for cans and skinny cans.
There is a 40" Smart TV with Hdmi hook up to bring your gaming console. There's a cozy fireplace. Can be used to get warm or just use the ambiance lighting setting without the heat. Listen to music on the Blue Tooth AM/FM radio. You can listen to music inside or outside in the entertainment area or both. The u-shaped dinette and table can seat 6. The bathroom has a shower with a tub base instead of shower base which is a great plus for the kiddies. With a skylight for better lighting. There is a blow dryer and hot iron for your use. The bathroom has another entrance door that makes it a lot easier to navigate a crowded RV or for easy access to toilet or shower.

Try the delicious local cuisine of the OBX. There are many great stores to shop. Any water sport you could imagine is available. Rent Golf carts and explore. How about a horseback ride on the beach. Take a ferry ride. Mother Nature truly shines here on the fabulous Outer Banks. You won't be disappointed or at a loss of things to do or see. Other things to note*Absolutely No cleaning of fish in the RV or in outside kitchen. Please use fish cleaning stations throughout campgrounds and or OBX.
*Any EXTRA cleaning then normal will be charged accordingly. No exceptions. No pets on furniture without properly and completely covering and cleaning upon departure.
*Failure to let Owner know that you are bringing Pets will incur fees. We love our fur babies but No Exceptions.
* Pets - If bringing your Fur Baby please check with the campground about their Pet Policies and Rules. Sometimes they differ from your rental here.
*All Items are accounted for, inspected and inventoried between each rental. This is due to insurance requirements incase of any claims. Any questions please inquire.
*Cleaning Fee - All Appliances (Inside and Out), Refrigerators, Bathroom and Kitchen, and RV Swept. Must Be left how you found it upon departure. If bringing a pet Please mop the floor to avoid any extra odors lingering until the cleaning crew can get into the RV. Supplies are provided.
If any additional cleaning needs to be done in RV or with pillows, mattresses and covers please contact me and let me know so I can make the cleaning crew aware that it needs to be taken care of.Thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping assure each guest has a great experience and making sure all renters have a clean well kept RV to vacation in for years to come.

Hey Happy Campers,
We are the Reynolds family of 5. I am Deanna and my husband is Doug. We have 3 daughters and 2 dogs. We had 3 but recently in April of 2023 we lost our baby Bentley. He was a young almost 4 year old Great Pyrenees/Pit mix. He unexpectedly got sick while my husband and I were on vacation in the OBX in a RV Share rental. We travel to the OBX about 4-5 times a year but this was our first time to stay in a RV at a campground and we fell in love and decided to get our own RV. When we got home from vacation I had to put my poor Benny to sleep. So when in May of 23 we finally got our RV and it was time to name it. The first thing that popped into mind was Benny and OBX. So we would love to welcome you and your fur baby to our RV named OBX Bender in honor of our sweet baby Bentley and our love for the OBX and an occasional bender while there. Cheers to my guests! We hope you love camping near the beach and sound in the Outer Banks of North Carolina as much as we do.

A great RV and working with the hosts could not have been easier! Having the trailer fully set up and ready to go when we pulled in was fantastic. Extra bonus in that we didn’t need to unhook when we left. They have everything, I mean everything, that you need for a stay at the beach. Would hundred percent recommend.
