The short 21 foot length means this RV is small enough to fit in most parking spaces and is very easy to drive. This rig can maneuver in small areas that many larger RVs can't. Also great for individuals that have not driven big vehicles. This fully self-contained rig includes an upgraded TV, Stereo, Air conditioner, Large refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner stove, oven and microwave, stainless steel double sink, Solar Panel, Onan generator. Very comfortable sofa and dinette can easily be folded down to provide a king size bed. We have a family of 4 and love taking this Rv on trips. This is a Non Smoking RV with no exceptions. The RV Sleeps 2 adults in a King size bed. 1 Person most of the time a child sleeps on the floor on an egg crate mattress. It Comes with Comp and collision insurance but you will need to provide your own Liability insurance.
