Ponderosa is the perfect RV for your next camping getaway! This beautifully decorated, RV is perfect for a couple or a small family! It has all the modern conveniences to make your trip comfy and easy. Don’t want to pack up the whole house? Not a problem! All linens, towels, cookware, table settings, coffee maker and more are included free of charge.The primary bedroom completely closes off behind a latched door to offer privacy. You’ll sleep comfortably on the foam mattress topper. The full size couch folds out to the size of a queen bed for two and the dinette will convert to a small full size bed. The bathroom includes a roomy corner shower to wash off the day of outdoor activities.The fully equipped kitchen comes with a three burner stove top, oven, an over-sized kitchen sink, microwave, toaster and all the cookware you might need including a coffee pot, coffee and filters. We include salt, pepper and cooking oil as well.Ponderosa has two TVs equipped with a Fire Stick that you can hookup to your hotspot or to the campground’s Wifi, if available. The TVs also have cable connections if your campsite supports local cable.Ponderosa welcomes all friendly, well-trained dogs with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. No other animals are allowed.Don't forget to choose any of the add-ons to add to your camping experience! My Gypsy Days RV Rentals will do all we can to ensure a memorable camping experience. For this rate, your RV must be delivered to a site with a sewer connection. El Sol also requires a 30amp connection for power. We do have an adapter in the case this option is unavailable. However, you may sacrifice power if it is converted to a 15amp plug.Delivery, Setup and Dump Fee: This option is perfect if you are having the RV delivered to your home or a dry camping site. If you are having the RV delivered to a site without a sewer hookup, then the fee will increase to $150 to allow for dumping the black and grey tanks upon pickup. If the RV is delivered to a site with a sewer hookup, then the fee is simply $100.Fresh Water Tank Fill Fee: $25Pet Fee: Up to 3 dogs are allowed in the RV’s for a $100 non-refundable pet fee.Please, please, please NO SMOKING inside the RV. We want to ensure you have a good time, but with that comes just some minor courtesy rules. Have fun, but please respect our property.If you plan to tow the RV yourself, please make sure your tow vehicle can handle Ponderosa’s weight of 7000 pounds, the hitch weight is 410 pounds and the ball hitch that you will need to provide is 2 5/16 inch.If you have any questions during your rental, we will do our best to be available to help out. Hi! I'm Heather and with my husband, Chris, we own and operate My Gypsy Days RV Rentals. After going full time in our RV in 2020, we decided a year later to purchase two small travel trailers to rent to other adventure loving people. We have since traveled to 36 states and all over our home state of Texas. Our favorite things to do while on the road are visit State and National Parks, wineries, breweries and just immerse ourselves in the local culture. We simply want to help you embrace your sense of wander.
