before returning make sure you go over the camper
once you return back, I will once again go over the camper with you or if i am not there I will hold your deposit until I do go over it. if everything checks out good, the deposit will be refundable on the day I inspect it. Other things to note• Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
• Prep fee: $250.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. We are meticulous about our cleaning, and we guarantee a clean and sanitized unit every time.
• Free 100 miles, you will be charged .50 cent each additional mile

• Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Cancellation policy
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy is moderate.
• Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
• Cancel seven or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.
Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you will need to pay the remainder.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

electric is very easy to hook up, just pull the cord out find where your outlet is at the campground and hook it up. hooking up your water hose to the camper is easy and even easier to hook up to the water line at the campground. sewage can be a little gross but its not bad, just hook it up open the valves and the way it goes. every its very easy to operate with my camper. and I will be willing to give any more questions when you are at the campground, and I will go over the steps before leaving
