Reservation was easy, trailer was great. Camping at Lake Hemet can get cold, would have appreciated some instructions on what to do to keep incoming water from freezing in the hose. Wiped several surfaces when I got in trailer, all had dirt, not sure what is being sanitized.

The trailer was very nice and spacious.
Just need to point out somethings:
1. Trailer was not clean.
2. Had to clean the trailer: Kitchen counter was dirty with crumbs and floor was dirty like it wasn't swell.
3. Make sure all your trailers are spotless.
4. Need to make sure to have a broom and dustpan in each trailer.
5. Starter kit ( Paper towel, full roll of toilet tissue and kitchen sponge) at least one each.
Over all great trip for my birthday.

I loved the trailer; it was neat and clean and if i had any questions, Dwayne and Amber were very responsive and ready to assist. Thank you C3RV. We will definitely use this rental service again!!

Unfortunately, with the amount of rain it was very frustrating that the water came in through a leak. We had to use multiple towels to minimize the water seeping into the rv. We had other family there and there rv was not in the same condition
