Coverage includes unlimited:

  1. 24/7 Technical Support. COACH-NET’s RV Tech Advantage® is the only technical assistance
    program with RVIA/RVDA and ASE Certified Technicians on-staff to help you resolve common
    technical problems you may encounter with your RV. Assistance is offered via toll-free telephone lines
    from certified technicians
  2. RV Service Appointment Assistance. Assistance as necessary to make service appointments and
    otherwise expedite product repairs and/or road service support for RV Vacation Care Plan owner’s
    recreational vehicle at any prequalified station for repairs or prequalified stations for accessories,
    appliances and special equipment.
  3. Premier RV Service Network. CN has the largest RV technical and emergency roadside assistance
    network in the United States and Canada, with more than 40,000 service providers and repair facilities
    to meet your needs. We follow up on the service provider’s estimated time of arrival and rate service
    provider performance in order to deliver the best service experience possible.
  4. Mobile Mechanic. In some situations, involving mechanical disablement, COACH-NET will dispatch
    a mobile mechanic to attempt an on-site remedy. In this event, COACH-NET will pay for the service
    call to send the mobile mechanic on your behalf. Dealer/Rental Agency will be responsible for any and
    all on-site labor and parts.
  5. Emergency Road Service. This covers:

a) Towing and Winching. Towing of a mechanically disabled RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s
vehicle, to the nearest, as determined by COACH-NET, repair facility qualified to remedy the
disabled vehicle’s mechanical problem. Simple winch out or extraction services required in order
to tow the disabled vehicle are covered for one man one truck up to 100 feet off of a maintained
road or in a commercial campground equipped for camping vehicles. All costs for labor and parts
shall be the responsibility of the RV Vacation Care Plan customer or Dealer/Rental Agency.

b) Delivery of Emergency Fluids. Delivery of emergency fluids to the stranded RV Vacation Care
Plan customer’s vehicle (except where prohibited by law). Emergency fluids include gasoline, oil,
water, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and brake fluid, as necessary to remedy the
disablement. The cost of any such fluids, any necessary re prime on diesel units and any other
labor shall be at the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.

c) Flat Tire. Changing of the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s tire at the disablement site or for
towing of the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s vehicle to a repair facility. The actual cost of
any replacement tire, alignment, mounting and balancing will be at the RV Vacation Care Plan
customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.

d) Jump-Start/Battery Boost. A jump-start of the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s vehicle drained
battery or a tow of the RV Vacation Care Plan owner’s vehicle to a repair facility. The cost of any
replacement battery and labor to install the battery will be at the RV Vacation Care Plan
customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.

e) Mobile Mechanic. Dispatching and paying for the service call of a mobile mechanic to the site of
a mechanically disabled RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s vehicles. All costs for labor and parts
are the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.

f) Lockout – Locksmith. Delivery of locksmith services to the stranded RV Vacation Care Plan
customer’s vehicles and assistance in the opening of the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s locked
vehicle, and/or obtaining a replacement key. Actual cost of key replacement and any parts and
labor is at the RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.

COACH-NET shall provide and administer support and assistance as necessary to expedite road
service utilizing COACH-NET’s network of independent service providers. It is understood that
COACH-NET does not itself provide any of the towing and/or emergency road services described in
this Exhibit D, but arranges for such services to be provided through independent service providers.

In the case of mechanical disablements due to:

a) Improper maintenance, including but not limited to, use of improper fuel, improper
servicing or draining of fuel separator, failure to maintain battery during storage or
prolonged periods of non-use;

b) or fire, flood and other natural disasters, explosions, riots and
acts of terrorism,

COACH-NET shall assist the RV Vacation Care Plan customer in finding assistance for a RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s disabled vehicle but all service provider fees and other costs related to towing or other roadside services shall be at RV Vacation Care Plan customer’s or Dealer/Rental Agency’s expense.
