Travel next to the Brattleboro North KOA campground located right on Route 5. It’s easy to get to and easy to find, and if you take the kids, it’s family friendly with ice cream socials, arts and crafts and wagon rides. While you enjoy the outdoors, your kids will enjoy the fun.

Wind your way back up north to Vermont’s Limehurst Lake Campground located near Williamstown on Route 14. This may be the most spectacular fall viewing that you’ll do, as you’ll travel from south to north during prime time. The further north you go the more incredible the show will be, and when you get to the camp site, you’ll find it is located on a lake surrounded by autumn touched trees.
