Cool campers for roadtripping from expert van dudes

Go-van gives a fresh perspective on the coolest camper rentals

Julien left everything to pursue this dream: offer camper van dwellers the right tools to live more. So he started, Go-Van, an online magazine and a cool way to tell inspiring stories about people passionate about campers, living the vanlife and how they connect nomads together through their adventures.

And then he opened the Go-Van online store selling a selection of fine products to use while driving the open road. This little sweet van travel notebook is definitely one of our favourites:

When you’re on the road every day brings you stories to tell while you travel, so this is the perfect travel notebook to capture them forever. Each double spread allows you to document a full day of travel, illustrated by a custom camper drawing. Every page has a space to keep in touch with the nomads you meet, including their social media. The centerfold is a Canada provinces + US states to check when you’ve visited them (everyone wants to see them all, right?). And the last two pages are for your itinerary/bucketlist!

It’s 44 pages, printed on recycled paper and the pocket format size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches

Have notebook, must travel!

As a seasoned road warrior, Julien knows owning an RV or camper van involves heavy costs, and when your adventure mobile sleeps in your driveway these costs can become real troubles! However when renting directly from owners you get more choice, changes and cost savings.

We asked him to recommend some of the coolest campers he saw on Outdoorsy available to consider for a Pacific Coast Highway RV road trip! These were his top picks:

1. 2014 Airstream Bambi (See Airstream)

2. 1986 Blue Bird Wanderlodge 40 (How cool is this one!!! – See Wanderlodge)

3. 1991 Ford Econoline Coachmen (See Coachmen)

4. 2014 Winnebago Travato (Glamping! See Winnebago)

5. 1979 Westfalia (See Westfalia)

6. Ford E350  (Fully equipped sportsmobile! See E350)

8. VW Eurovan Westfalia (See Eurovan)
